Also known as skin needling, microneedling at Pearl Medispa uses a series of fine micro-needles to create controlled micro-punctures in the skin. This stimulates the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin, which may assist with the appearance of fine lines, acne scarring, pigmentation and enlarged pores.
Treatment can be paired with NCTF, a nutrient-rich serum containing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants; Rejuran Boosters, a polynucleotide-based treatment derived from salmon DNA; or a compounded vitamin A serum, prepared by a compounding pharmacy and prescribed following clinician assessment, to further support the skin’s repair process. Your clinician will discuss which combination is appropriate for your skin during consultation.

Those who are pregnant, have active skin infections, or certain skin conditions may not be suitable candidates. Avoid active skincare ingredients (such as retinol or exfoliants) for several days before treatment, and avoid sun exposure, makeup, and touching the treated area for 24 hours afterward. Your clinician will provide full pre- and post-care instructions.
