Superficial Chemical Peels Brisbane

Enzyme, berry, and pumpkin peels are gentle, superficial treatments that use natural fruit enzymes and mild acids to exfoliate the outer layer of skin. This helps remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and refresh dull or congested skin, revealing a brighter, smoother complexion.

These peels are a gentler alternative to deeper chemical peels, making them suitable for regular skincare maintenance or those new to professional exfoliation. Treatment is performed by our senior facialist, and a consultation is required to assess suitability, as results vary between individuals.

Enzyme Peel

A blend of fruit enzymes — mango, pineapple and papaya — combined with alpha hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate and brighten. Free of salicylic acid, so it won’t create heat in the skin, making it a more indulgent, soothing option.

Berry Peel

A rich blend of six berries — blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, maqui berry, cranberry and bearberry — paired with lactic and mandelic acids. Packed with antioxidants to help rejuvenate the skin, this is a gentle, salicylic-acid-free option suited to regular use.

Pumpkin Peel

An effective exfoliator that uses pumpkin enzymes to help digest built-up protein on the skin’s surface, refining texture and enhancing radiance. Formulated with salicylic acid alongside lactic and glycolic acids, it’s particularly suited to problematic or acne-prone skin.

Frequently asked Questions

Most clients experience little to no discomfort, often described as mild warmth or tingling during application.

These peels may not be suitable for those with active skin infections, certain skin conditions, or known allergies to fruit enzymes or peel ingredients. Your therapist will review your skin history during consultation.

Downtime is minimal. Some mild redness or tightness may occur for a short period, and most clients can resume normal activities immediately.

This depends on your skin goals and therapist assessment. These peels are gentle enough for more frequent treatment as part of an ongoing skincare routine, often every few weeks.

Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol or exfoliants for a few days beforehand, and use SPF and gentle skincare afterward. Your therapist will provide full aftercare guidance.
