At Pearl Medispa, Dr Aishah and Dr Jessie offer Rejuran® — a bio-remodelling treatment using salmon-derived polynucleotides (PN), highly purified DNA fragments, designed to support your skin’s own cellular repair processes. Rather than adding volume, Rejuran is designed to work with your skin’s structural integrity over time.

What Is Rejuran?

Rejuran is a bio-remodelling injectable that aims to work from the inside out. Unlike hyaluronic acid skin boosters, it uses bioactive DNA molecules derived from wild salmon, designed to support fibroblast activity, collagen and elastin production, and skin repair. It contains polynucleotide (PN), a slow-degrading DNA fragment, and is designed to support natural skin repair without adding volume.

How It Works

Rejuran is delivered via injection, aiming to support your skin’s natural regeneration processes — designed to help with hydration and moisture retention, the appearance of fine lines and enlarged pores, skin barrier strength, collagen and elastin production, the appearance of acne scars and pigmentation, under-eye brightness, and overall firmness and tone.

The Treatment Process

Consultation. Dr Aishah assesses your skin, history, and goals to confirm suitability.

Preparation. The treatment area is cleansed, and numbing cream may be applied for comfort.

Injection. Rejuran is injected into the treatment area using a technique suited to your goals.

Aftercare. You’ll be given specific guidance to support healing and recovery.
Downtime & Recovery
Some redness, mild swelling, or small bumps at injection sites are common in the first 24–48 hours and typically settle quickly. Most clients return to normal activities the same day, while avoiding strenuous exercise, saunas, and sun exposure for a short period as advised by your doctor.
Post-Treatment Instructions
Avoid touching or applying makeup to the treated area for the rest of the day. Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive heat — saunas, hot showers — for 24–48 hours. Apply SPF daily as your skin heals.
