Eyelid Lift Without Surgery using Tixel
The newest treatment for an eyelid lift without surgery is the Tixel. Although it is commonly referred to as a laser, it is not a laser but uses pure heat. As a result, it is safe to treat the entire area right up to the lid lash line (not over tattoos). So not only does it tighten and lift the eyelid, tightening sagginess, lower eye wrinkles, and Crow’s feet, creating a non-surgical blepharoplasty.
HIFU for Eyelid Lift
HIFU is another option for upper eyelid lifts without surgery. However, the Tixel is more effective because of its versatility and ability to tighten skin and session wrinkles and lines. Though a HIFU can give eyelid lifting, Tixel treats the entire area, undereye wrinkles, crow feet, lid laxity and lines.

Using Facial threads is a non-surgical way to achieve brow lift without surgery. The fox eyebrow lift has become popular with young women and is called Cat Eye lift. This is a glamourising treatment for young women. However, most brow lifts are for women with mild or moderate brow descent. Our cosmetic doctors will assist you with the degree of brow lift you can expect from these procedures.
An eyebrow lift can also be performed with dermal fillers (into temples and under the brow) and anti-wrinkle injections. However, surgery is the best non-surgical approach to a brow lift if there is significant brow descent.
Non-surgical Eye Lift with Threads
Create a more open appearance with your eyes and smooth the surrounding area with a non-surgical eye lift treatment. Once, upper eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty was the only option. However, a facial thread lift or cosmetic injectables are non-surgical options for a sagging brow and droopy eyelid.
