The Process
Treatment begins with a consultation to map your natural brow shape, symmetry, and desired outcome, tailored to your face and existing hair growth.
Numbing cream is applied to keep you comfortable throughout, and reapplied as needed during the session.
Using a fine hand-blade, Michelle deposits pigment in individual hair-like strokes, building natural depth and shape stroke by stroke — precise and unhurried, for a result that mimics real brow hair.
Before-and-after photos are taken throughout, and you’ll leave with full aftercare instructions, healing ointment, and a booking for your perfection treatment at 4–8 weeks to lock in colour and shape.

Brow Tattoo Technique Explained
Eyebrow Feathering also known as Eyebrow Microblading
Eyebrow feathering describes the outcome of microblading — a semi-permanent, hand-tool technique that creates fine, natural-looking hair strokes rather than a solid filled-in shape. It’s also called a hair-stroke tattoo, because each stroke is designed to mimic the appearance of an individual brow hair.
Benefits: Feather brows look extremely natural — ideal for anyone who wants definition without an obviously “done” look.
Considerations: Because pigment sits shallow under the skin, feather brows fade faster than machine-based techniques and typically need a colour refresh around every 12 months.
Best suited for: Anyone with thin or patchy brows looking for a subtle, natural-looking shape enhancement.
Frequently asked Questions
Most people with thin, patchy, or sparse brows are good candidates. However, not everyone suits feather brows — some skin types (particularly very oily skin) hold hair-stroke detail less well, and Michelle will assess your suitability at your consultation before treatment.
Numbing cream is applied before and during the treatment, so most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure or scratching rather than pain.
Feather brows typically last around 12 months before fading noticeably, though this varies by skin type and lifestyle. Regular colour-boost sessions help maintain shape and depth over time.
We recommend avoiding makeup on the brow area for at least 24 hours post-treatment to support healing and reduce the risk of irritation.
